Passed away peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary on 4th April 2020 which was also her wedding anniversary aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late John, a wonderful, caring and very loved mam of Elaine, Trevor, Sheenah and Craig, loving mother-in-law to Michael and Barry. Adored and loving grandma to Lynden, Lewis, Leonie, Hamid and Matthew, precious great-grandma to Kiki, Lyra and Taqiyah, special sister to Tony and Sylvia, dear sister-in-law to Barbara and step grandma to Sally, auntie, great auntie and special friend to Freda. Doreen will be very much missed by all her family and friends. Her funeral will be private and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
